Airlift Took Artistic Liberties With Actual Events:Foreign Ministry

The much appreciated movie of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar which shows the evacuation of the Indians in Kuwait during the Gulf war took artistic liberties as per external affairs ministry.

According to him though the movie was entertaining but they failed to show the facts elaborately. He also says it's the duty of the affairs minister to safeguard the Indian citizens life and they would continue to do this in future and the movie would certainly inspire Indians to read the actual events that took place and how the external minister affairs had played a proactive role for the evacuation.
