Bollywood actor, Mr. Aamir Khan is the talk of the town now who recently declared that though he is a proud Indian’, he stands by his remarks on the growing intolerance’ in the country. The actor further claimed to be saddened’ by the response to his comments, and believe the obscene insults used against him by those most shocked by his remarks merely prove his initial point. Stating that neither he nor his wife Kiran has any intention to leave the story, the actor said ''any implying otherwise hasn't either seen my interview or is deliberately trying to change what I have said’'. After further re-instating not having any anti-national views, the actor thanked those that still stood by him through the controversy sparked by his comments. We have to protect what this beautiful and unique country of ours stands for’ he added.

Tribute Paid to Martyrs of 26/11 Mumbai Attack


On a day like this seven years ago ten Pakistani terrorist attacked Mumbai city killing 166 people, including 18 security officers, and injuring several other people, property worth crores was also destroyed. As a remembrance of this horrible incident and those who laid down their lives defending their country floral tributes were paid to the martyrs.

Among the dignitaries who paid honor at the 26/11 police memorial site at the Mumbai Police Gymkham in south Mumbai is Maharashtra minister Devendra Fadnavis, said that he is paying homage to the brave policemen who fought heartlessly for the Mumbai and its people safety. Family members of the police who lost their lives during the attack were also present during the ceremony. There are also parallel ceremonies happening at various locations in the city today.

Indian PM Modi's Tour To Malaysia
